Complaints Procedure

If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us at support@relensify.co.uk.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and provide a full response within 10 working days.

Note: All optical dispensing is supervised by a registered Dispensing Optician. For regulatory complaints, you may contact the General Optical Council at www.optical.org.
